The GRE Math test is one of the GRE tests of the Educational Testing Service (ETS), a non-profit organization, a US standardized exam used to assess students for graduate studies in mathematics. In this article we will review some basic information for the test together.
Overview
The test consists of 66 multiple choice questions for topics addressed in various undergraduate courses
About 50% of the questions relate to calculus and its applications
About 25% of questions relate to basic algebra, linear algebra, abstract algebra, and number theory.
The rest of the questions address other topics in mathematics currently taught by many universities and educational institutions in the world.
GRE Math Test Sections
(1) Calculus (50%)
